Beverly M. Tobey

Beverly M. Tobey attended law school at the University of California Davis, graduating in 1989. She was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif, which recognized her high academic achievements. She practiced law from 1989 to 1997 with the firm of Hefner, Stark and Marois, Sacramento’s oldest firm. She resigned her partnership in 1997 to establish a solo practice, practicing exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trusts, wills, probate and conservatorships. In January of 2013, she and Leslie A. Arnal formed Tobey and Arnal, LLP.   Ms. Tobey retired January 20, 2015 and is no longer practicing law.  For future services, clients are welcome to retain either Leslie A.
